We stand by our work & quality of the services we perform. In the event our service were not performed to your satisfaction, please inform your concern to our management immediately .We will gladly correct any services fault that is professionally verified by our management as quickly as possible.

Gel polish (Shellac), Dipping, Full set, Refill are guaranteed for 7 days after your service excluding breakages. If you notice chips or lifting in the first 7 days, please contact us to schedule a free repair.

LATE ARRIVAL
Life is busy , we get it . Please call us if you think you will arrive late for your appointment .If possible ,we will try to adjust our schedule and take you at a later time .Appointment will be held for 10 minutes. After this grace period we consider this as a “no show “, the appointment is either modified or cancelled.
CANCELLATION
We Require 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time for any and all cancellations . Last minute cancellations and no -shows can also prevent us from being able to accommodate other clients who are waiting for appointment . We value your time and your patronage and we want to ensure that we are able to accommodate everyone .
CHOOSING COLOR
For Gel polish (shellac), dipping powder, customers will be asked by our technician before any color polishing is to be performed. If after the third nail is completely color polished, no changing of color is allowed. If changing is requested then, the customer will have to incur the cost of changing the color at an additional $20
